New features and enhancements to COMET-Farm Version 4.1

- Historic management options updated for parcels defined in different states within the same project
- Cropland detailed report updated for categories which include a Monte-Carlo uncertainty (N2oIndirect, BiomassBurningCH4, BiomassBurningCO, BiomassBurningN2O, LimingCO2). Replaced annual outputs with period average output.
- Manure moisture % and fertilizer ammonium % now included in exported project file.
- Fertilizer "Mixed Blends" ammonium % saving bug resolved.
- Barn housing emission report bug fixed in Animal Agriculture accounting.
- Forestry Demonstration Project report bug resolved.
- Swine enteric emissions for baseline scenario bug resolved

- New direct N2O emissions estimates using the DayCent model.
- New conservation practices available on the conservation practice advisor (CPA) for use in future scenarios.
- Improved readability and accessibility for PDF help documents.
